As President of SMITH/Associates, Mr. Sueltenfuss oversees a growing operation spanning three continents and more than 40 consultants who provide consulting support to the U.S.Army, Air Force, and other Department of Defense clients. Since joining the company in 2005, Mr. Sueltenfuss has combined his military background of a company grade officer in the U.S. Marine Corps with academic experience in conflict resolution, organizational change, and sociology, having also facilitated more than 70 conferences, workshops, technical evaluations sessions, working group meetings, and training sessions for federal, territorial, and state agencies. Mr.Sueltenfuss holds a Master's in Conflict Analysis and Resulution from George Mason University and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
